With launch of Singam II, the sequel to the 2010 Singam, everyone was blow with the Suriya's body in the movie. The actor has just outdone himself. It tooks Suriya six months to get the desired body and he admits that it was a laborious task. He also says that it took all his will power and certainly his health regimen involved some form of cardio. He says, working on abs is not the only things which workout involves but your every part of body requires proper workout. He says that his workout involved lot of hard core muscle exercises with mix of aerobics and focussing on abdominal muscles. He also says, that his whole workout regimen involves lot of running which was a mandatory part of cardio. He abstained himself from oily food and all milk products.
