Shahrukh khan is the famous actor of bollywood and is so famous in film industry that he got a nickname of ‘King Khan’. Born in 2nd November 1965 he began his career in TV serials as an actor and his first TV serial was ‘Fauji’. He got his first breakthrough in the movie ‘Deewana’ which became successful and made Shahrukh Khan a film star.
Earlier Sharukh Khan has a simple physique; but he got a good figure in the age of 42 in his movie ‘Om shanti om’. He said that he got this physique with strict diet and exercise in only 4 months. Nobody believed his eyes when they saw the flawless physique of Shahrukh Khan in that movie. He said he got this physique by daily workout routines like 100 pushups, 60 pull ups, half hour for lifting weights for abdominal muscles, and 30 minutes cardio exercises.
