Salman khan performs high intense workout to build up his body. He has a personal trainer, who looks all the diet and exercise plans. Salman loves his body and never misses training sessions. And he focuses on abs, biceps, and chest more. He does 500 crunches to maintain his abs. Salman do cycling in the morning for 10 km. He focuses more on weight training and does cardio on alternate days.
