Jayadritha Shastri or rather famous as Ravi Shastri was a former Indian
cricketer and captain.Starting at the age of 18 his cricket carrier continued
for 12 years.A former all-rounder and right –handed batsman Ravi Shastri was born
in Mumbai. Though his family belonged to Mangalore,Karnataka he was born and
brought up in Mumbai. Shastri attended the Don Bosco High
School at Matunga. Married to Ritu Singh in the 1990’s currently this famous
cricketer has been appointed as the Ambassador of ICC and BCCI .A commentator
to IPL Shastri became father to Aleka at the age of 46.
